Booking and Cancellation Policy

25 % booking amount is required to guarantee the reservation. Prepayment in full is required 15 days prior to arrival or at the time of check-in. In some cases like peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Diwali, etc), full payment is required to be paid in advance.

Mode of Payment

The advance payment can be made through UPI/Master/Visa Debit/Credit card or NEFT. Overseas advance
payment can be made through wire transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization through Master/Visa Credit card or Paypal. Once you arrive in India, the payment can be made through currency notes or through Master/Visa credit card.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

• • No refund if cancellation is effected within 2 days prior to the check-in date
  • 50% of the deposited amount will be refunded if cancellation is effected between 3 and 14 days prior to the check-in date
  • 90% refund will be issued for all cancellations effected beyond 15 days
  • In the event of a no-show the value of up to two nights’ stay will be charged
